American Bullies

Rely on us at BoBo’s Best Kennels™ LLC when you’re looking for experienced, purebred American Bully breeders. The American Bully, often referred to as the American Bully Pit, is a relatively recent breed that originated in the US in the 1990s. American Staffordshire, American Pit Bull, and other bully breeds.

The standard American Bully type is a medium-sized dog with a compact bulky muscular body, heavy bone structure and blocky head. Male dogs are 17 to 20 in (43 to 51 cm), while our females are 16 to 19 in (41 to 48 cm). Ears are set high and may be natural or cropped. Both male and female have robust bodies, powerful legs, and big tails that are frequently carried low.

Temperament

Despite their intimidating appearance and muscular build, they have a gentle and calm temperament. They are highly devoted to their masters and enjoy expressing affection. Since they are sweet-natured, they also get along well with other dogs and animals.

Trainability

The American Bully is an intelligent and easy-to-train dog breed. They are eager to please their owners and successfully respond to positive reinforcement training techniques. With the right guidance and training, they may quickly learn basic to complex commands.

Care

One lovely thing about the Bully breed is that its short, sleek coat only needs to be brushed once a week. You won’t need to spend a lot of effort on grooming. This medium-sized breed is active, despite the possibility of obesity. For their health and happiness, they require a lot of activity. As a general guideline, giving them at least 30 minutes of exercise each day is best, though more is always preferable.

French Bulldogs make a perfect family pet. They are playful, energetic, and affectionate with big personalities. They are small and have a fun-loving nature making them perfect companions for all family types.

Similar to other small breeds, French Bulldogs have a lifespan of 10-12 years. As with any dog breed, the care a Frenchie receives throughout their life can affect their lifespan. Health concerns include Brachycephalic Airway Syndrome and allergies. Frenchies can also experience spinal issues in more rare occurrences.

French Bulldogs aren’t aggressive by nature but factors such as personality, socialization, training, and home environment can impact your experience with your dog. They can be particularly prone to displays of dominance when they’re in a house with multiple dogs, but it rarely escalates to more than barking and growling.

Frenchies require minimal exercise and can be easily accommodated with daily walks lasting 10-15 minutes. Time to play off lead and just explore is also advantageous. Frenchies are highly intelligent and should be engaged in stimulating activities that involve the whole family, large or small.

French bulldogs are considered low-shedding, short-haired dogs, and they shed lightly year-round. They are not hypoallergenic and should be brushed at least once a week to maintain a healthy coat. Grooming is relatively easy and can be done at home with minimal costs. Keep in mind, Allergy sufferers react to a protein in pet dander, not dog hair itself.

About

French Bulldog's

Look no further than BoBo’s Best when seeking French Bulldog puppies that are bred to superior standards. The French Bulldog appeared in Paris in the mid-nineteenth century, the result of cross-breeding of Toy Bulldogs imported from England and local Parisian ratters. American enthusiast of the early 1900s contributed to the breed by insisting that the bat ear, as opposed to the “rose ear,” was the correct Frenchie type. It is by this distinctive feature that the Frenchie is instantly recognizable the world over.
